I used to be a member however over a period of over 6 months, the chat became more secular and sex oriented. For TRUE christians I say stay away from this site, it isn't worth the trouble. I chatted with VERY few TRUE christians and they said the same thing. Complained to "management" but never did any good so I finally let it go and chose to advise all of my friends to stay away but feel free to encourage their "party" friends to use this site because they would fit right in.

You will actually meet more Christian singles at Match.com or any other site with lots of members. If this site really is associated with Friend Finder, then I would run as fast as I could. You don't want to go there. It's tied to porn and uses underhanded tactics since it is foreign owned and hard to prosecute. For men, all these websites suck. A hardnosed woman with brains will have success if she applies herself correctly. That's rarely the case. I find that most women are incapable of being successful online because they screw things up just like they do in real life. Real nice women that have their heads on straight don't need to go online anyway, and that's why they are hardly ever online. I hate online sites with a passion because they are set up to survive off of males that are brainwashed into thinking women are interested in them. Friend Finder is notorious for sending out fake email from a fake profile in order to make newcomer males think women are really interested in them, then when the membership fee is paid, the email stops and reality sinks in........maybe. A lot of guys still don't get it. The Christian twist is another spin on this online ripoff fad.

Not enough member base to do you much good. These ethnic and specialty websites usually don't work very well. I wrote a review earlier, but I guess they will only acccept so many negative reviews. I think there are more negative reviews on this website that get dumped if the administrator doesn't like them. So I would say this: the actual reality is even worse that what you see reported here, on all the reviews of all the websites. Stay out of BigChurch and just go to the biggest websitews and post a profile and dump all the loser email you will receive.

Hi, I just deleted my profile from BigChurch after 2 months even though I had paid for 3 months. Navigating the site is very nice. You can search by age, state, race, etc. My problem is this. The website claims to have approximately 350,000 members. If you go search by state, each state show that it has somewhere between 200-2000 members for males (I didn't search for females). After selecting the state you find that only 15-40 members/state have profiles with photos. Now I don't know about you, but I need to be attracted to my potential match. Curious about how many "actual" members had photos I did a complete search of the U.S. of members with photos only for all males. I clicked through all the pages until I came to the last page with photos and it stopped at # 1,978. Very dissaponting! so for the entire U.S. there are only 1,978 members with photos and that includes people 22-99 years old, people with kids, all races, etc. It gets better... I've also had people send me to porn sites and after complaining to the administration, I got no reply. Some people I chatted with also told me they were scammed by members by various methods.

I've had a member tell me I was the perfect match, chat on the phone and then he tells me he doesn't want to commit to me because he felt "obligated" to other members. Be wary of these dating websites that have "affiliates" because what is happening is people who own personal web pages can add this link to their site (collect a salary). It then becomes a vested interest to "them" to attract matches. So some of the people being misled are "intentionally" misled in hopes of keeping them a paying member. It's hard to fathom that a christian website would be such a hoax and I hope that I'm wrong about it, but I've been around long enough to know...that if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck..IT'S A DUCK!!

I wish I could give these Christian online dating services no stars. I am a Reverend and have been on at least four of them and I have gotten the very least responses. Either people are intimadated by my occupation or they are all hypocrits who are saying they are searching for a Christian relationship. It does not make any sense to me. They suck period and it's a crying shame.

A waste of money...before I joined I did a search on their website to see how many guys were on there from my state. According to the search, there were alot. I immediately joined and then did the search again. The search came up with 2 active members in my state!

For a christian web site, it seems like they keep strange company. For instance, if you mistype a link in their web site, you can get forwarded to adult friend finder !?! After seeing that, I cancelled my account.
