On the surface, match.com has a good site. But match.com (probably like other dating sites) has a serious problem in that the male:female ratio is totally out of whack. I've read some of the other reviews by women who say that have been overwhelmed by winks, emails, and IMs, and I totally believe it.

I made the mistake of signing up for three months of match.com. I would never have signed up if I had known that the one person I was interested in contacting had not signed into the site for "over three weeks" (which could mean three years). Why keep that woman's profile around for so long? Because match.com wants to make bucks. They don't care if you actually get a date!
