Awful site. I got matches that had not logged on for days and sometimes weeks.
I complained and was told to change my preferences. Why would I do that if the whole premise of the site is to match to your preferences?? I was then told that some people may not log in for a while, so I just had to persevere. This I did and still no better.
I asked for a refund and was told it had to be within 7 days of joining. If in one breath I am told to persevere as some people may not log on for a while, it makes a complete mockery of the 7 days refund policy.
DO NOT JOIN THIS SITE. IT IS A MAJOR CON.
PLUS THEY HAVE AN OVERSEAS CALL CENTRE. THEY DO NOT SPEAK CLEAR ENGLISH. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.
