I decided to read these reviews to see what other people think of Match.com. I have only been signed up for a few weeks. I have been contacted by at least 30-40 men. I have met 3 of them. All were sincere and "normal". The first week I was hit by several scammers. Caught on to those quickly. That stopped after the 1st week. The first man I met was exactly what he said he was. We had no chemistry but still talk and we are friends and live near eachother. The second was just clueless on how a first date or meeting should go. He was Ok but had no manners at all. The third is someone I may not at all have considered even meeting. I found out he "adjusted" his age on his profile. He told me the reason why and after meeting him I agreed. He is a wonderful man and I feel so lucky to have met him. I would not have met him had it not been for Match.com. But I have had success and you are going to find scammers on any of these sites. But I am a 47 year old woman who keeps herself in good shape. I have real and recent photos posted and I get "winks" and emails daily. I wasn't having luck just meeting someone in my every day life so I thought I would give this a try. And so far it has been good for me. Less than a month and 3 meetings and a new friend and prospective companion - I'd say this is pretty great!
