Signed up for Match.com and when I received my credit card statement, the services described were called "Escort Agency" (Amex statement).

I called a half dozen times, was put in the queue and then when I thought I was being run through to an agent, it would hang up on me! Tried three/four different numbers, sent through an email online, only to have an auto responder assume that I was canceling my subscription and suggesting I use their online help.

Called the number in that email...back to being on hold again and then being hung up again.

Nasty nasty customer service. Never, ever again will I use Match.com.
