If there were negative stars I would give my experience with Match.com just that. I filled everything out HONESTLY (to include my salary range).....MISTAKE!! In the first 5 days......let me say that again.....5 days, I had 5 scammers. Each one told me he was overseas doing contract work, and that he had his profile removed because he was so intrigued by me that there just can't be another woman for him. Written english was NOT in any english sentence structure I knew of, AND each one often cut & paste the wrong script. Had one guy tell me he was looking for his prince charming. My confirmation they were scammers.....I had a brief moment of stupidity and gave out my phone number. He called and while I only heard his voice briefly.....it did NOT sound like a born & bred guy from Dallas, TX. I IMMEDIATELY had my number changed. I can't trust ANYTHING on that site, and have ordered a new CC so Match.com doesn't get any crazy ideas despite my cancellation.
