I bought a 3-month subscription for my son. After the 3 months ended, they automatically billed my credit card for another 3 months (at $63.93). I tried to contact them through their website, but could not get through because I do not have my son's password/username.
I called them today and spoke with a supervisor (Cassandra). The best she could do for me was to refund $26.63 on my credit card, charging me the highest rate for one month. She told me that I should have purchased a "gift card subscription" to avoid automatically being charged again without my permission. This site is a rip-off!!! After reading other complaints, during the 3 months that my son was signed up, he got only 4 matches. He had a lot of trouble with the e-mails also. DON'T BUY INTO THIS!!! Do your research and sign up with a more reliable site who is not out to rip you off.
