The experience I have had with eHarmony has been appaulling. The quality of matches I had were a total joke, with the majority being in different countries and as others have said - the amount of matches received doubled when I requested to leave!! The matches were not compatitble in the slightest. I also felt that no one wanted to communicate with me (my profile wasn't dull and I wouldn't say i'm bad looking) so that left me thinking that there weren't many male subscribers. Anyway, I cancelled, received an e-mail asking for feedback which I provided. 2 weeks later they take money from my account! I e-mailed them only to be told it's my fault they took the money as I hadn't cancelled properly... Yeah right... I got a message confirming my cancellation! I e-mailed back asking them to reconsider refunding my money otherwise I would make this awful customer service public knowledge along with my bad experience. Not surprisingly, I didn't hear back from them. I would definately avoid this dating site - total rip off.
