There are a lot of reasons why match.com sucks, but let's start with the main reason: THEY ARE THEIVES WHO USE UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES TO STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY..

Match.com will AUTO-BILL you and they have a strict no-refund policy. In my opinion it should be illegal for someone to auto bill your credit card without honoring refunds. This company is making money by purposely making their billing terms deceptive to consumers. The terms of the auto-bill are often hidden beneath a large terms of agreement that barely anyone reads and Match knows this but does it anyways.

I recently paid for a Match.com subscription for six months on sale for $30 bucks. I didn't use it much and pretty much forgot about it until my card was charged after the subscription ended for a full year subscription for $113. ABSOLUTELY NO WARNING email was given and support was very rude and unapologetic. I ended up having to issue a charge back through my credit card, which had a special handling procedure for Match since so many people end up having to issue charge backs.

Match.com change your unethical business model and earn your revenue the right way.. The pukes should be sent to jail for FRAUD..

I guess what you idiots at Match dont seem to understand is that you're pissing a lot of people off with your fraudulent practices. Dont you idiots understand that one pissed off customer = 10 lost customers cause that one pissed off customer will tell ten other people by word of mouth of their negative experience? I could go on another 5000 word rant about the other reason Match.com sucks but i'll save that for another time.
