If I could give a negative star, I would. My year on eHarmony was a waste of money--and time. They matched me with a motley of characters that I would have never chosen myself. How about the guy who had just gotten separated four weeks before. There was another one who enjoyed hunting and killing animals, and enjoyed spending time polishing his guns (I'm a vegetarian). I could go on and on. Many of the men were 10 to 20 years older than me--really weird and unacceptable. They sent me one man who was in a wheel chair--had had cancer and a heart attack, and needed a women to take care of him (and he was 18 years older than me). Oh, how about the guy who was severly depressed, or the one who didn't have a job and needed someone to help support him. I can't repeat enough about how eHarmony is a joke and a waste of time. I did have a one date with someone who had bleach spots all over the shirt he wore, and he kept laughing constantly in a high, nervous squeal.
However, my friends and relatives enjoyed my stories about the kind of men eHarmony matched me up with--we laughed and laughed.
If this review can help save someone time and money, then it was worth my time to tell of my experience.
