A Review of eHarmonyWrite your own review of eHarmony! Reviewed By: MRL Location: West Virginia Sex: Male Rating: ***** Date: May 27, 2010 One star is way to good for them. After reading many of these posts I have to agree with most of you that eHarmony is a rip off. I don't drink or smoke but if I choose not to be matched with drinkers then I get no matches. I don't have kids and don't want them but if I choose not to be matched with anyone that hase no kids or kids under 18 I get no matches. They say to change my match criteria to include drinkers and women with little kids then I would get more matches. The fact they would all be wrong for me doesn't seem to make any difference to them. How does anyone bennifit from getting a bunch of incompatible matches? Makes their bottom line look good I guess. I've had about 1,000 matches since I joined and not one has ever gotten to open communication. Many people see body type and exercise habits to be very important to make someone a good match so why isn't there anywhere in EH where we can go and stipulate that? EH is a joke right from the start. Match.com at least lets you pick who you want to communicate with. EH is nothing more than an expensive form of blind dating, we all have horror stories about some of those I'll bet. |
