A Review of eHarmonyWrite your own review of eHarmony! Reviewed By: Suzie Location: Forest Hill MD Sex: Female Rating: ***** Date: February 15, 2010 EHarmony should be reported to Consumer Protection for fraud. Here is just one indicator of the site scam they perpetuate called 'Free Weekend." The ad promised free communication, no strings from Thursday to Monday. So I thought I would take a chance. First you have no access to pictures, searches or direct e-mail to a possible match. When you contact a possible match you have to go through the guided discussion which is a cumbersome canned Q&A process. The only way you can directly e-mail a match is AFTER you go through the canned guided discussion. You respond/he responds etc..ect..etc..This normally takes 3-4 days then time runs out and you have to pay to be able to directly e-mail. That is their hook. There are plenty of strings attached to this free weekend. I realize this is a promotional campaign but if they operated legitimately and really gave perspective clients free access a lot more people would sign up. So this is an indication of how they do business. Avoid EHarmony like the internet snake oil salemen they are. |
