... well true.com it seems is a scam, much like amateurmatch.com and a host of others. I joined only one site amateurmatch ... just before I paid ... I had a free account ... lots of messages 6 to 8 everyday for about 5 months ... some repeats ... so wow ... I signed up ... sending a cheque from a account with very little money ... guess what ... the volume of messages drop to one a day and they very quickly to 1 every 2 to 3 days and now I am lucky IF I get one message a week ... anyways it was mad money ... so I knew if it did not pan out I could accept it.

I placed in my profile "only women in three cites need contact me" ... guess what ... I still got e-mails from women far away ... not even close to me.

that brings us to true.com ... in my profile I specifically state that those who smoke Do Not Contact Me ... that is a joke ... I get smokers all the time so what does that say about the integrity of the site.

Until I googled this site I was seriously considering joining because there arewomen who were close and interesting ... I will not join ... not now.

There was one other site I joined with a free account ... sexsearch.com lots of e-mails ... nice women very close ... after not checking the site on a regular basis ... emails stopped ... so you have to wonder what is really happening on these sites.

I joined horneymatches ... just to see what might happen ... some interesting women close by ... but enough to pay and find out.

I know a couple of people who used lavalife and plentyoffish with mixed results ...

So one could say buyer beware.

As for joining another site ... I think not.

My suggestion is to do your research and be carefully ... the sad part is there are legitimate sites that have some real honest people looking for a partner ... the scam sites set up by greedy people are the ones that should be scammed all the way to jail.
