I just want to say that I am very glad I found this site and read some of the reviews of Great Expectations. I filled out contact info for 40+ singles.com, an ad I kept seeing on Facebook. Thinking eharmony had steep membership fees, I wanted to know if this would be a better price. It appears from all these reviews that I am wrong.
I did receive a call today from a rep from GE, but I was very busy & working & couldn't talk. I didn't have a good feeling about the whole process or the fact that they didn't have a real website to browse. I know now that the whole set up, from the membership cost ($1000-7000???) to the hard pitch sales tactics, that I will not be going in for the interview. Thanks to all for the warnings. I will be asking the friendly lady on the phone about how she likes working for a scam operation.
