A Review of eHarmonyWrite your own review of eHarmony! Reviewed By: Elisa Location: Los Angeles, Ca Sex: Female Rating: ***** Date: November 29, 2009 Eharmony is very deceptive when it comes to members who have children. They ask the question: "Do you have children who live with you full time?" If you say, "no", they interpret that to mean that you do not have children AT ALL and post your profile accordingly. They will then say that this member does not have children at all and match them with members who prefer to date people who have no children. I've spoken to eharmony about this discrepancy, and they stated very specifically that they do not care and will not do anything to rectify the situation. They would not even offer me a refund. I find this practice of deception to be very telling about a company and have no trust in them at all. Also, I've found they match me based solely on race, age, and location. Some of the matches are so incompatible in interests, values, etc. it's amazing. I would not recommend this to anyone! |
