I don't know why all EHarmony of the reviews are bad. I'm 50 years old I have been on EHarmony now for under a month. I am communicating with 6 men, have already been on 2 dates, and have 3 more scheduled within the next 5 days. I was on Match.com and hated it, I was getting communication from men 2,000 miles away, men just looking for sex dates, or men who did not read my profile and I had nothing in common with. So far all of my EHarmony guys have been great. I think because of their personally profiling I am communicating with guys I have stuff in common with. The phone conversations I have had (total of 7) with the guys have never lasted under a half an hour sometimes we can talk for an hour or more. All of the men are busy working professionals, educated, home owners, and most are responsible fathers with kids in college or high school. I am thrilled to have tried EHarmony and will continue my membership, as I would have never have met these men on my own. Maybe LA has a larger single community, I don't know but I also have 86 matches on my home page after just about 3 weeks. But also ladies I do not have a height requirement, height is not important to me even though barefoot I am 5'7" (men are not fashion accessories).
