I went ahead and signed up for an entire year, thinking I would give it a good chance. It was $239.40, or three payments of $79.80--for a year, that's only $19.95 a month. Sounds cheap, eh?

NOT if you are getting matched up with neurotics and, this one blew it for me finally, a former polygamist who was hoping to keep his identity a secret.

I wrote to EH and demanded a full refund for the offense and exposure to this religious perv. They at first offered a partial refund, but what they meant was they would refund one payment. So I ended up paying $159 for two useless months + one perv.

Quite the racket. They say they were within all their legal framework agreements and have no responsibility for what their members do, past or present. Wow.

And honestly, even without the perv, it is a really backwards way of meeting and so time intensive with so many people on there who are not even paid members, it's a time sink for anyone with a life. So, contrary to those handful of EH commercial folk who are getting paid to be on TV, I have my doubts at this point. I'm going back to the normal way to meet--face to face straight off. :)
