A Review of eHarmonyWrite your own review of eHarmony! Reviewed By: Rick Location: San Antonio Sex: Male Rating: ***** Date: November 16, 2009 For those of you not satisfied with eHarmony, there IS a way to get your money refunded. I signed up on 2 different occasions within the last 2 years. Both times, I signed up for free and began receiving matches. I was interested in some of the matches so I signed up as a paid member so I could communicate. I was not satisfied for various reasons and called the toll free number to have my credit card refunded. On both occasions they offered to double my membership time at no charge just to keep me. I refused and they credited my credit card back and it was fairly hassle-free. I just looked, and the number is 1-800-951-2023 for those of you unable to find the number. It says it is a 24/7 customer service number. My biggest complaint is that this site does not reveal the paying members and the non-paying members. If both matches are not paying members, no communication can occur. I think eHarmony is praying on people's vulnerabilities and enticing people to sign up for membership after being lured in by all of the matches. In reality, most of the matches, are probably NOT actual paying members and are thus not available to communicate with. |
