E-Harmony automatically renewed my membership, and charged me $140.95. Within 3 hours of receiving an e-mail about this, I tried contacting e-harmony to cancel, and get a refund. They said they couldn't because I had left the automatic refund on. That's news to me. They did offer half of my money back, and another 6 month membership. I called pay-pal to have the funds returned to my checking account, they said they couldn't, and told me to contact e-harmony. E-Harmony doesn't have customer service, they are more concerned about their money. I wondered why I hadn't gotten any matches from them for a week. It was coming up on my renewal date.
