I am very dissatisfied with the procedure to close my account. Today, September 27th is the day to renew my subscription, I went online today to close my account,, I received the comment I am not entitled to a refund as my renewal was 3 days ago. This in my opinion is fraud. I will check my account, try to stop payment, if they have taken money without my authorization, I will seek legal advice. I saved and printed all communication from Eharmony. I suggest al members to do the same. I will inform everyone if EHarmony does the right thing.
