A Review of HurryDateWrite your own review of HurryDate! Reviewed By: M Location: Palo Alto, CA Sex: Female Rating: ***** Date: August 24, 2009 I went to a speed dating event at Mountain View this week. PROS: CONS: The hostess kept saying that more girls were supposed to come but nobody else ended up arriving. We eventually started several minutes late with said grand total of 4 girls and 9 guys. 2. It's really hard to blame the mix of people on the company... but let's just say I didn't find anybody that interesting. There were some decent people there, but meh. Since there were less than the # of males/females in the group (the website promises at least 10 dates a night) the hostess said we'd be getting vouchers so we could go to the next HurryDate for free. 3. When I tried entering my scores, I got an error saying someone had already entered scores using my ID#. I contacted them regarding the error. No response after several days. 4. The next day, I realized I didn't have a use for the free voucher, and wanted to ask if I could get a refund instead. I reiterated the error I received regarding not being able to enter my scores. Still no response. 5. Today, I got an e-mail saying, "we missed you at the party! If you were there, it means you haven't entered your scores yet." Because of your idiotic website, dumbasses. (OK, I know that it was an automated e-mail, but SHEESH.) DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY. How the eff can they call themselves a speed dating company when they can't even fix those things? |
