Even assuming that this were a legitimate service (and I believe that it is not), the customer service is so horrible that unless you are masochistic, you will want nothing to do with it. If you question the legitimacy or quality of any aspect of the service, you may receive a response from Dawne, who will ignore any concerns and send you poorly written, condescending, and rude emails filled with typos, which is ironic given the advertised clientele. I'm betting the number of eligible matches is so low because the rest of the Ivy-educated folks out there were smart enough to steer clear of this scam.
