I just cancelled my subscription. I really think I can do better on my own. I'm no longer paying big money to be introduced to men who are overweight, unnattractive and unemployed. E-Harmony markets itself as a site full of outgoing, attractive and interesting people. What a rip-off. Isn't there a site out there for professionals looking for love, who are normal and actually have their lives together? What a waste of my time and money! "29 dimensions of compatibility" my rear-end.

If I sound bitter it's because I am. For once I'd like for something to not end up being a scam. I'm sure there are people on here who have found love, but I think if you stay on any site long enough you'll meet someone. If I wandered the streets long enough I'd meet someone.
E-Harmony should be honest and admit that their matches are pretty random. They clearly don't screen their profiles. Why else would my last match (the one that made me decide to cancel my subscription) be from someone with no photo, who only filled out a few lines of his profile, and who's occupation is listed as "bum"?
