A Review of eHarmonyWrite your own review of eHarmony! Reviewed By: Laura Location: Chicago Sex: Female Rating: ***** Date: February 15, 2009 I called eHarmony and complained that they have false advertising because everyone on their commercials and photos on the site are good looking. I signed up last year and cancelled because while I am a very attractive woman all they sent me were fat ugly hillbilly guys for 6 months. I made the Customer Service guy of eHarmony enter my account and take a look at the guys they sent me and compare it to my photo. He apologized and gave me 6 months more for free...which proved nothing. Now this weekend I heard they had "free" communication. What a scam! You cannot see their photo and you cannot communicate with them unless you subscribe and pay for they scam service. The only thing you can do is answer the multi-choice 5 questions and send the same back. They do not enable you to communicate beyond the 5 multi-choice questions. Plus, I had requested the age range to be 47-53 and they only sent me 55-63 year old men that were all 5'9 or 5'10 while I requested 6 feet. They never sent one guy in his late 40's. And they want me to subscribe!!! Get serious..They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. |
