eHarmony and their customer service are the WORST of any of the dating sites (3) I've tried. I was never able to upload my photos to my profile, all were smaller (all less than 1kb) than the max. 5mb size. I recieved numerous requests from prospective matches for photos. I contacted their customer service numerous times and recieved the same prewritten responce every time, I even sent them my photos to add to my profile, it never happened. Finally eHarmony blocked my profile after I added info explaining the photo problem I was having and offered prospective matches a solution to see my photos.
