Great idea, bad execution. Like other reviewers, I found that the website seemed very 1990s, and there do seem to be unresolved technical issues. Also, does this website have ANY employees besides Dawne (who seems to be the founder/owner)? If not, I think she needs to hire some help, because she needs technical website help as well as administrative help to answer emails, questions, and requests from members. I emailed her with a request and she never responded.

I've used both Match.com and eHarmony, which are VERY different experiences. I can't really say which one I like better among these two, but I have had more luck on them than on TRS. I have not met anyone on TRS.

I give it 2 stars because I think there are some quality people on here despite the very low membership numbers. I think TRS has trouble retaining members because of the poor customer service.

I think the site's concept has a lot of potential. Perhaps she should consider selling it to someone who could take it over. Just a suggestion - DAWNE, ARE YOU READING THIS??
