A Review of eHarmonyWrite your own review of eHarmony! Reviewed By: not happy Location: Charleston Sex: Female Rating: ***** Date: December 01, 2008 I joined eharmony for a month to see what its all about. I am a 57 year old, college educated woman and not too bad to look at either. Days went by and I was not sent any matches. The matches that I did get the men were only interested in a younger woman (most of the men were 60 and older) slender (one that has had no children I assume) and no strings attached, just wanted somebody to have fun with. I realize that eharmony can't stop what people write about themselves or what pictures they send in for their profile however with all of their matching power they could do a little better. Maybe I expect too much of people. I expressed my concerns to eharmony and they said that I shouldn't let a persons picture get in the way of a possible relationship. I agree, however if you are going to submit a picture and you are 60 or 63 and you look 83 why in the world would you expect a younger woman to be attracted to you? And why would you set such high standards for the woamn that you are hoping to meet, such as, 45 to 50, slender, active, no kids, passionate, loves sex, etc. I was just very disappointed with the matches and the way the mathes perceived themselves. I canceled after my month was completed. I am not into the bar scene and was hoping to find an honest sincere man, not! |
