Never, ever click on anything "true.com". I signed up for the "free trial" over a year ago (which asks for your CC information). I was bored, figured I'd cancel before the time ran out, etc. Then I googled it (too late).... I called, cancelled immediately. Thought all was fine. Then the charges started coming, $52.99...then a montly fee. Each time I called my CC company and they credited my account. I even cancelled that card and had a new one issued. Last summer True tried to start charging my old card, every few days for a couple months, I was on the phone with the fraud department as they would call me about charges on a cancelled card. It seemed to have stopped, until 3 days ago. They started billing my new card! I have NEVER, ever put that card on-line yet here they go again. Just got off the phone with customer service yet again. If you can sue a person for fradulently using your credit card, why the hell isn't there a huge case against this company? If there is ever a class action lawsuit, I'll wait in that line!
