A Review of Match.comWrite your own review of Match.com! Reviewed By: me Location: CA Sex: Female Rating: ***** Date: August 16, 2008 BOTTOM LINE: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE COLOSSALLY DISHONEST. Wow, does the government need to get involved with the dishonest business practices of this company. I am shocked at what tactics match.com still uses to coerce me to joining them. I've gotten winks from fake men. And I've even gotten a fake email. Match.com also, is like the mafia. Once you join, you can never get out. In the state of California (and there are other states with this law), you have 3 days to cancel. Well, Match makes it has hard as hell to cancel. I had to call and ask how to cancel. Got evasive response. After some digging found out they make you send in a written request. After all that I did so by certified letter because I didn't trust this company. The customer service is comically bad. They messed with my photos and order of them. Kept trying to get that straightened out. BOTTOM LINE: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE COLOSSALLY DISHONEST. |
