Most of the reviewers seem to complain about the lack of good matches and the lack of response from those matches. I have no complaints. There did seem to be some science to the matches -- some were no match and I closed them pretty quickly. As far as the lack of response people here complain about, you have to understand the numbers involved. My profile did not have a photo and I received over 700 matches within 3 months. The sheer numbers preclude me from responding to everyone. eHarmony says you are 9x more likely to get a match with a photo, and I cannot imagine handling more. Maybe I would get less.

I have no complaints about eHarmony. I feel it is the best site out there.
