The service overall is OK but I question whether their "compatability system" really works. Many of the matches had nothing to do with what I would consider compatible. The site is cumbersome and very time-consuming. There's not an efficient way to sift through matches. Several steps are required to "close a match" (no matter how sure you are it's not a good fit).

The low rating stems from their tricky auto-renewal billing process. They will automatically bill you for the next month 24 hours before your subscription runs out so that even if you cancel before your last day, they bill you. And then it becomes very very difficult to get a refund. Customer service overall is very poor.
