I had complained the previous month with less than acceptable results. This month I checked the date my account was to expire and went online the day before and they had already auto renewed my account. Make sure you cancel your membership subscription at least 24 hours before the date they give you that your account is due to expire..the auto renew at midnight 24 hours prior to that. The worst dating site I have ever been on. With over 300 "matches" only one appealed to me.
