I would give it a "negative" score if I could. It is aweful. Hardly any matches. I am in Pittsburgh and 1 of my matches was in New Jersey and 1 in Maryland and a fair number of others were not close. I am not in a rural area. I have 20 closed 4 open. I joined 3 weeks ago. This is absolutely rediculous. People out of my age range - I don't want to date some guy who is biologically old enough to be my father. I am not hideous or Fat. I am an average weight etc. Called the "customer dis-service" number there is no way to get a refund, once you are past 7 days. What a load of crap. I was told to reset my choices...Oh - ok, great plan! Smoking makes me sick, so maybe I should allow that right? I don't want to date a drinker - I should allow that too??? Who do we contact about false advertising? Their ads are all lies. I am contacting the Better Business Burea. What they are doing is not fair. They are playing with people's emotions. There is nothing harmonius about E-Harmony. Oh, and their "click on the link to view the "keys to success" doesn't work either.
