I have found this comparatively expensive service to be unreliable. At times I cannot get on the site but receive a message that indicates they have so many new members that their system is overloaded...to try again later. Currently I have gone four days without receiving any matches at all. I even changed my distance preference to include any matches in the entire world. Still, I receive the message, "There are no matches at this time." Beyond these problems, when I have been matched I found very little compatibility with most of them. I have a post-graduate professsional job and have found myself matched with many unskilled people with which I have very little in common. I am led to the conclusion that their "compatibility system" is good primarily for promotional purposes, not for bringing people together.
