I was a member of E-Harmony for about a year. I would go weeks without a reply to a request for communication. On occasion I would get to step 4, swap an email or two but then it was back to the great abyss. I did meet three ladies, two of them ditched me after eventually meeting. The third I still swap emails with but it is not going anywhere. The frustration I had is that several times I go to cancel my account and suddenly I get match after match. About a week til the account expires I get a request for communication and being curious I renew only to be smacked down to the abyss again after step 3. I finally ditched the service but have found it interesting that though I have canceled they still send me emails telling me that so and so is a new match... funny this stopped working three weeks after I subscribed and now that they have been terminated they are telling me that there are seven new matched daily when I would have been lucky to get five in a week? If you have been sucked in please know that if you wish to leave they will make it as difficult as possible for you.
