I'd rate them a 0 but 1 star is your lowest number. Reading the other reviews all I can say is " ditto ". But what's worst is after the first month I paid the Bill me Later statement and wrote Cancel on it. They keep sending me bills, I called the credit Co. and they said I need to cancel the account though eharmony. I've tried calling them, just a recording with no live people. Tried email, no reply. Please just make it stop!
