I have been using the Yahoo personals for about 3 months now. Of the several people I have met they have ended up looking much older then their photos. People must be using photos from their youth in their profiles, or airbrushed with makeup and all. Of the middle aged women I have met they are in situations which require financial support. Living in bad areas, run down living situations, single mothers with kids trying to make ends meet, etc. I don't feel that the quality is there. This may partly be due to the fact that you tend to run in the same circles when you meet people naturally. Internet dating is different.
