It was very difficult to get into the service, there was a continuous loop for log on name and password. There was an e-mail site to send problems and ask for help that was not possible to use, It kept saying "fatal error". When I finally found a number where I could actually speak with a representative, they were helpful, but I had to be assertive to make my concerns heard at times. They repeated that they were sorry, but they were having some computer difficulties. They talked me through setting up the account again and I was then able to get into the account. However, the next time I tried to enter the service the same events took place. I called to close the account and they were apologetic, they were having computer difficulties, and after checking with a supervisor, refunded my fee.
