Well they seem to have changed the online cancellation thing and only being able to call during working hours.

I had the 3 day trial and cancelled by using the web link on the site. I called just now (7:15 EST) after reading the reviews here to make sure and had no trouble talking to a real person and confirming that my free trial was cancelled.

That being said, the site is a scam. Any emails or winks I got were obvioulsy automated as were the two responses I got from the two people i contacted. (got the EXACT same reply to my messages)

I dont think the site operators even try to hide it. The "who im looking for" section of the profiles of the "people" who winked at me were nothing close to what I had in my profile.

And I suspect much like others here, True.com is responsible for the XXX spam I am now getting.

My advice...Avoid this site.
