Every day that passes I thank whatever whim of fate that possessed me to reactivate my Yahoo Personals profile after swearing off internet dating. Two days later, Troy sent me a message that answered all my conversation starter questions. It was long, involved, intelligent, and definitely caught my attention.

We chatted for a few days and made a date to meet the next week. We couldn't wait, and instead met for lunch two days before we had planned. We talked and talked, I was late getting back to work, and and my heart skipped a beat when he leaned in to kiss me goodbye.

We had our first "official" date two days later, and have been inseperable ever since. I never believed in the idea of everyone having a soul mate until now. The last three months have been the happiest of my entire life, and I have Yahoo Personals to thank for it.
