I signed up for the 14day free trial, canceled on day 12 or so, lady offered me 30 days free, i said in plain english

WILL MY ACCOUNT BE ACTIVE FOR THOSE #) DAYS AND THEN ON DAY #! BE CANCELED AND I WONT BE CHARGED

I am lazy and didnt feel like having to call AGAIN in 30 days

she said "yes it will all be taken care of"

so i've been charged twice now, OH they let you cancel online now, no more having to call.

So i call, their 52 dollar charge has made my account go in the negative, I call they say they will refund the 50, 3 days later, no refund, AND NOW I HAVE AN OVERDRAFT FEE

grrr

Oh well, atleast i met my girlfriend on there
