A Review of True.comWrite your own review of True.com! Reviewed By: Scott Location: San Jose Sex: Male Rating: ***** Date: January 20, 2007 My 2 stars might go to negative. I'm still green. I’ve been on TRUE for about 10 days now. I am not getting many real responses to my winks & emails & even when returning supposed winks. I am seeing though that many of the winks I receive must be false, just randomly generated from profiles of people who didn’t post, just using random pictures set up by the company as a front to encourage people to sign up within the first 7 days. The scam here doesn’t seem to be like the one on AFF, which is for the people posting pics of hot women, to get commission by referring you to web sites. I figure I’m already in for the month, so I’ll play the numbers game & see what women are real. For women using this, it might be fine. I don’t see why there would be fake guys here, when plenty will voluntarily join. Although each woman will be suspect as actually existing. After reading the previous reviews, I see the hard part is canceling & staying out of the automatic billing. I just went to the bank today to take care of any future billing. They couldn’t block payment on anything, so I just closed my account & re-opened one. It didn’t cost anything, but time. And now I have to re-submit my payment info for certain bills. I have to do that about once a year for various reasons. I suggest everybody do that occasionally for bank security. There’s many subscriptions 7 such that use automatic re-billing without obvious knowledge. |
