I've had True try to scam me also. Long story short, I told them I was going to dispute the credit card charges. This didn't seem to concern True's serviceperson. I followed through and filed a dispute claim with my bank (Visa). It took about 4 weeks to resolve, but I got a complete refund to my Visa. Others on this page recommended filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission. I did both, and neither one replied back. Your best bet is just dispute the credit card charges.
