I have had a profile on yahoo personals for two years. Never responding to anyone untill a few months ago. I finaly did become a member and was able to email others. I sent an icebreaker to Rick and he sent one to me. We then began to email each other and wow, he is the perfect man for me. I have a friend who is afraid of internet dating but it opens a door to you and allows you to see and possibly meet so many different people. Sure they are not all going to be for you. But I have met several nice people on different dating websites and I assure you that it can be safe and you can find someone wonderful. My favorite meeting place was Star Bucks. Rick and I will be married in February and I am sure that he is the perfect man for me. I totally think that yahoo persoanls is wonderful and I would have never met him with out it.
