A Review of Friend FinderWrite your own review of Friend Finder! Reviewed By: Reality Check Location: Arkansas Sex: Male Rating: ***** Date: October 28, 2006 Online dating is bad in general for any decent male. Decent males do far better offline. Friend Finder is the old original website that taught the other websites how to scam people. Their methods of scamming are so good that the website has survived all these years while others have dried up and blown away. THERE IS A LOSER BORN EVER MINUTE THAT WILL GIVE THEIR MONEY TO FRIEND FINDER. Admittedly, I did it one time, but I learned my lessons and decided to quit the loser way of finding a mate. I actually blew far more money on websites that wre far more productive than Friend Finder. One of those was Matchmaker, years ago before they became more like Friend Finder. Go to a public campsite on a friday afternoon to find women who have shown up for the weekend. Things like THAT are far better than going online. You at least get out and have some exercise. Buy a motorcycle and go touring and attend some rallies. WHATEVER. I NEVER went on a single date with a woman from Friend Finder, but numerous dates from Matchmaker. The whole Friend Finder successful business strategy is about bilking gullible males. I was gullible at one time. Friend Finder was the first dating website I joined. There will always be a few first timers to be bilked by Friend Finder. Seasoned online daters will browse a website and get a feel for it before committing to money investment. WORSE than that is the time investment and dating expense investment that is wasted by males in online dating. If I were an attractive female, I would go online while dating offline in the hopes I could land a guy that was ordinarily way above my league. It happens, and the women who are already dating offline take ZERO RISK in improving their fortune this way. If you are a guy that wants a woman BELOW your league for sex on the side, then by all means go online and bang some wench that is below your league. Both of you are losing nothing in the bargain that you did not already have. It's probably NOT going to work out as a relationship, but you both can have some fun on the side. Everybody had a public life, a private life, and a secret life. Online dating is about providing an outlet for the SECRET LIFE. BUT, Friend Finder is not the place for that if you are a male. Go to Match.com and date women who are a bit below your league in offline dating as they are cherry picking and looking for guys a bit above their league. That way you actually have some women to pick from. You can be provided with a secondary sexual life while you are looking for a truly compatible woman in the offline world. Let the women cherry pick all they want. Try to change that, and you are down to virtually zero women to date for sexual pleasures. Keep internet dating out of your public and private life, and it can be a tool for your secret life. Just be sure to stay away from Friend Finder as even a tool for enhancing only your secret life. Match.com and a few of the other BIGGEST websites will be your only reasonable dating venues, and mainly for secret life contacts. REMEMBER, if you are a male, you will have to date BELOW your offline league since the female memberships are 3:1 against you, or even worse in many cases. They are often desperate enough to make good sexual outlets on the side. Some women are actually physically attractive except for their severe emotional and personal issues. Don't get deeply involved and it doesn't have to be a big problem for you. Be willing to walk on by, or do not walk in at all. Don't give the sites too much thought, as they either work for you or they do not. Move on if a site does not work for you. No more than a 90 day trial period for even the largest websites. If it's not working by then, it will not work at all. |
