I signed up for their 3-day free trial gold membership. After 2 days, their auditors hadn't approved my photo. It was a standard, uncomplicated headshot. I tried to cancel the membership before the 3 days were up, to avoid getting billed. Well, you can check out any time, but you can never leave! A week later, I have canceled membership 4 times, and deleted my profile 3 times. It's never really gone. I got nothing free but a headache. My picture was approved on day 3. I'm not paying for this.
