They gave me the 3 day free pass and I didn't use it. So, I called them on the third day (3 times) and couldn't get through. I then tried to cancel online the next day and called them the day after. They told me that it was too bad for me and I wasn't getting my $50 back. The 'manager' also told me that she is aware that I called 3 times because their computer logs every called that comes in whether it is answered or not, but since I didn't speak with a person, there is nothing she could do. She KNEW I called to cancel and still did nothing. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. They even gave me a lecture and one rep said 'well, we'll be sure to cancel your membership right away. we don't want someone to click on you and you not want the service because then somebody out there is just going to be so heartbroken and we don't want that.' and then they sent me an e-mail today about matches that want to meet me - after I told them countless times that I do NOT want anything to do with this website. I'll join a civil suit if anyone starts one. |
