Well let me add myself to the list here. This is the most awful experience of my life, I too have been billed not once but twice by these people........we need to do something about this. They claimed that I reativated my membership through an e mail.......after I canceled my subscription........no way.........and no refund.

Help this needs to stop they are making a fortune by ripping us all off.
