True is the worst site out there. I too have been charged for services not used. Their customer service is horrible. I was lectured when I called in to cancel my account after getting charged $50 for nothing. It is the only site I know of that you have to call in to cancel. They do that so you will forget to cancel or call in to cancel, get put on hold forever and then give up.
