Hi: My experience with true.com has been the same as the others posted here. I canceled my "free" 7 day trial period, but when I re-visited the website, I saw that I was still a member. When I called to cancel again, I spoke with "Salvador", the rudest person I have ever spoken with. He kept yelling at me and telling me that I had accidentally renewed my membership when I visited the website. I told him that was imposible, since in order to do so, you have to key-on part of your credit card number, and I certainly would have remembered doing that. I've been charged $49.95, and hope that others will learn from my mistake. I threatened to call the Better Business Bureau, and "Salvador" didn't bat an eye. Is there any recourse for those of us who have been ripped-off?

Rick
